An early Retina microscope adapter. The camera fit on the bracket, and the adapter tubes fit it all to the top of the microscope. It had a tiny prism in the tube so you could see what the camera was taking a picture of and to focus the microscope.

In all my years of collecting, this is the only one of these that I have come across for sale, and after 10 years of searching for one I bought it right away.
